Very pleasant experience. Reliable and trustworthy.

I told them my moped wants to die at stop lights. It does nothing different after taking it here. If I sit at a red light for 20 seconds I gotta kickstart my bike in the middle of the street. They said I needed a new spark plug but nothing about my carburator. With simple YouTube and having the actual tools to open up this bike I'd do better myself with no training. That's the entire automotive business tho. They'll never do anything right.

They found the problem and my car was towed to a different shop who originally repaired the returning problem. But I had been at this shop before to get my ex husbands brakes fixed which I actually paid for. And they were fast and efficient that's why I returned to them.

Very polite and courteous the main thing is they are honest on what do I recommend the shop to go to

I love BNR! They have done so many different things on my 2011 Terrain. Some of these repairs have been major. The last repair was the timing chain and water pump. It turned out to be a bad kit that was put in. It was covered under warranty. I know Brian ate a lot of the cost to get it back to factory standards. He didn't have to do that. I feel like any other repair shop would have screwed me. They didn't! Highly recommend to everyone out there! Love Brian and Renee!!

I totally trust this shop with my vehicles. Customer service is A+. They check your car out and give you a price upfront. Their prices are fair. Believe me I am on a limited budget and I have to be very careful. One of the things I like most is that they will get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. A huge plus. I recommend them to everyone and feel totally comfortable doing so.

Daughter had an issue with a turn signal not working, and acceleration issues. They got her in and fixed in just a few days, and very reasonable pricing. We always use them and I can't say enough about their stellar customer service!
